Join Bake Off Star Lesley for a Bread and Flavoured Butter Masterclass

Following the success of her previous events at Wellingtons Kitchens, Great British Bake Off 2025 star Lesley will return to our Erith showroom on Saturday 17 October 2026 for a Bread and Flavoured Butter Masterclass.

Hosted in one of our working display kitchens, this hands-on session will give guests the opportunity to learn how to make delicious homemade bread from scratch.

Lesley will guide guests through each stage of the bread-making process, from preparing and kneading the dough to proving, shaping and baking it. She’ll share practical tips and techniques throughout the class, helping everyone feel more confident about baking bread at home.

Guests will also learn how to make flavoured butter, the perfect finishing touch for warm, freshly baked bread. It’s a simple way to add something special, whether you’re serving bread alongside a meal or sharing it with friends and family.

A hands-on baking experience

The masterclass will take place in our Erith kitchen showroom, where guests will be able to cook and bake within a fully functioning display kitchen.

Our working kitchens allow visitors to experience the space as it is meant to be used. They demonstrate how thoughtful kitchen design, practical layouts and well-chosen appliances can make cooking and entertaining easier and more enjoyable.

Whether you’re a regular home baker or have never made bread before, the masterclass will offer a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to learn from Lesley and try something new.

Guests will leave with useful baking skills, plenty of inspiration and their freshly baked creations to enjoy at home.
