Navy Kitchen – Customer Case Study

Our loyal Wellingtons Electrical customer, was ready to upgrade his kitchen. After exploring a few other kitchen providers, he chose Wellingtons Kitchens due to the exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

In addition to a complete kitchen renovation, he wanted to replace his cooker, hob, and fridge freezer, and the added benefit of seeing multiple appliance ranges on display at the Wellingtons Electrical showroom made the decision easy.

Working closely with our kitchen designer Lorraine, the customer opted for a sleek white and blue kitchen design. He had already chosen this colour combination, which we integrated with modern design touches. The final layout featured Navy cabinets paired with White quartz worktops, which perfectly complemented the selected Bosch appliances with brushed chrome handles.

Key Improvements:

• Increased Storage: Previously, the kitchen had no wall cabinets and an oversized, freestanding fridge freezer. We introduced integrated storage solutions, including wall cabinets and an integrated fridge freezer, which significantly opened up the floor space.
• New Appliances: With help from Chris in Wellingtons Electrical, the client selected four Bosch appliances—each backed with reliable guarantees, ensuring both performance and peace of mind.
• Flooring: As part of the refresh, we recommended a trusted local flooring company, adding the perfect finishing touch to the revamped kitchen.

Our skilled kitchen fitter Colin, a local resident, managed all trades and was consistently on-site early to keep the project on track. Lorraine, the kitchen designer, maintained frequent communication with the client, ensuring that every decision was well-informed and aligned with his vision.

The kitchen now boasts a more open and spacious feel, thanks to the integrated appliances and added storage. The white and blue colour scheme gives it a fresh, modern look while the Bosch appliances offer the performance and reliability that the customer needed. The customer was especially pleased with the efficient process and high level of communication from the Wellingtons team.
